Snipping tool in Windows vista and Windows 7

1) Snipping Tool
You can use Snipping Tool to capture a screen shot, or snip, of any object on your screen, and then annotate, save, or share the image.
There are four options:
Free-form Snip (irregular line around an object), Rectangular Snip (rectangular) Window Snip (Select a window) and Full-screen Snip

1) Click menu Go to All Programs ->Accessories

2) Click Snipping Tool

3) You can snapshot any region on your screen.

1) Go to All Programs ->Window live

2) Click Window live movie maker.

3)You can add pictures, Videos and music to make movies and post them in youtube.
